Probably the healthiest and the most satiating recipe of all. Quick and very simple, you only need two ingredients, and after that, this breakfast is endlessly customizable! Firstly, bring plant-based milk to boil in a pot. As soon as it’s boiling, lower the heat and add the oat. You can also cook a gluten-free version with corn or rice flakes. Let it cook for 10 minutes until it becomes a little sticky. Pour everything into a bowl and now, you can have fun: add any ingredients you want! We recommend a selection of fresh or dried fruits, nuts, grated coconut, maple or agave syrup, seeds, cinnamon… You will find tons of recipes on the internet, check out this website for example. You thought pancakes could not be healthy? All you need is:
- 120g oat flour
- 150 ml of plant-based milk (almond, cocoa, soy…)
- 1,5 bananas
- Option: you can add 20g of protein powder
All you need to do is to smash the banana with a fork. Little by little, add the flour and lukewarm milk until the good texture. Cook the pancakes in a frying pan with coconut oil.
